Returns and Refund Policy

At Ground Supply, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your phone mount, we offer a clear returns and refund policy.

Eligibility for Return: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for products damaged by misuse or without their original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via [support email address] or through the contact form on our website, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will provide detailed instructions on how to send the product back to the specified address. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or was sent incorrectly.

  3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 5 to 10 business days after the return is approved. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) with photos or videos demonstrating the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, covering return shipping costs if necessary.

Practical Example: You received your mount on June 1st, but realized it doesn't meet your expectations. You can email us to request a return up until June 15th. After receiving instructions, you send the product back. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
