Exchange Policy

Ground Supply aims to ensure you have the right product for your needs.

Eligibility for Exchange: Our exchange policy allows you to request an exchange for an item within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Exchange Process:

  1. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service via [support email address] or through the contact form on our website, providing your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the item you wish to exchange it for.

  2. Our team will provide detailed instructions on how to send the product back. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

  3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will dispatch the new product. If there's a price difference, we will adjust the payment or issue a partial credit/refund. The shipping cost for the new item will be communicated.

Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, don't worry. Please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs for the exchange and arrange for the correct or a new product to be sent at no additional charge.

Practical Example: You bought a black mount but want the white version instead. Within 14 days of receiving the black one, you contact us. You send the black mount back (at your shipping cost), and upon our approval, we send the white one (with a new shipping cost to be communicated, if any).
